HOW WE WORK.
At Diamond Kingdom, we ensure our clients part-take in their journey with us, always informing and updating our clients with the stages that their product is at.
1. CAD Design
At our initial consultation our experts will sit down with you to get a feel for the product you are after and will put together some designs to gather an understanding of what the CAD will consist of.
Upon a few sketches being completed and our client being satisfied, we will begin to forward our designs to our specialist in-house CAD team who will then start the process.
2. Manufacturing
During the manufacturing process, the article will constantly return to us to ensure quality checks are performed so we can also update our customers accordingly.
If our customer decides to then be a part of the journey and witness it step by step we will attempt our best to send images to our clients through the process.
3. Delivery
Once the product is complete, it undergoes a final quality check before we inform our clients. This will consist of ensuring that if a client has decided the go for GIA/IGI certified diamonds we ensure the certificates are correct for that article, to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
We ensure to have our product ready for exactly when we agree for with our customers.
